The National Productivity Engineer will drive continuous improvement processes that deliver network efficiencies, cost reductions, and improved service. Maintain positive working relationships and communications with Market Teams, RBDC Support Team, and RBNA contacts. Continuously look for ways to create efficiencies and optimization in all areas of RBDC routes in the market. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: * A bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 to 7 years' industry related experience * 3 to 5 years of experience in the beverage market or similar inventory or warehouse operations environment * Strong leadership skills to provide mentoring, training, or corrective feedback * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including being able to prepare presentation materials and present the information one-on-one and in a group * Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel * Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills Travel 20-30% Permanent Benefits eligible
