As part of Mid-Market Sales, you'll be a key player on Altium's championship team of fast-paced, high-volume selling. With our proven sales process and disciplined Stop-at-Nothing execution, Altium has achieved double-digit revenue growth nine out of the last ten years. For high-performers who help drive it even higher, your career potential is nearly unlimited.

This position is located in our Frisco, TX, Sales Hub and is on site five days a week.

YOU THRIVE ON THE INTENSITY OF HIGH-VOLUME SALES



  • We look to the Renewals Account Manager to reach and exceed all targets for customer renewal rates and drive toward the full potential of the market
  • All personal sales activities and customer contacts will be planned and prioritized to surpass expectations for minimum daily sales activities
  • Maintain a 3x transparent pipeline in Salesforce and a detailed and accurate following of all Salesforce process requirements
  • Expertly analyze sales data for maximum impact on the sales process
  • Enthusiastically embrace Altium's sales methodologies and processes using our designed systems
  • Powerfully present the Value Proposition for Altium 365, our cloud-based platform, to an audience of engineering users, teams, and management, either live or online
  • Master the facts on the Altium product line and technologies to be able to talk about them fluently to technical audiences
  • Keep close tabs on competitive products and new releases. Become an expert on industry trends.


THE AMBITION TO SEIZE BIG CHALLENGES, THE DISCIPLINE TO SEE THEM THROUGH



  • You're self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook on every challenge and a clear focus on superior quality and successful business outcomes
  • 1-3 years of sales experience or related technology industry experience
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or a related field or the equivalent experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively through various forums including email and telephone
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively through email, phone, or other forms, are required
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills are a must
  • Managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently should be second nature

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
