Project Engineer The CMM Group De Pere, WI The CMM Group, a respected supplier of air pollution control systems, process equipment such as dryers and ovens and other industrial equipment and services to its customers in a variety of industrial markets, is seeking a Project Engineer to support and expand the Engineering team. Essential Job Requirements/Qualifications: Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans. Coordinate internal / external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources - including third-party vendors and customers. Work with company leadership to assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs. Knowledge of industrial equipment such as oxidizers, industrial dryers and ovens, burners, fans, beneficial to the role but not required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing preferred Prefer 3+ years of experience project engineering or project management Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Utilize ERP system effectively to manage, plan for scope of work, and provide project reports / updates to the team.
