This multi-site Regional Pharmacy Manager position provides managerial support for pharmacy teams providing disease state management services in the ambulatory care space and driving population health/value-based care initiatives while working under collaborative drug therapy management agreements. This position helps support pharmacy-driven ambulatory clinic growth/expansion, relationships with providers and service lines, financial performance, integration of ambulatory care and retail pharmacy services, and optimization of specialty pharmacy programs. The Regional Pharmacy Manager is responsible for planning, supporting, monitoring, and evaluating the provision of ambulatory care and specialty pharmacy services, pharmacist/technician onboarding, marketing/communicating to provider groups, management of performance metrics, and assisting with day-to-day staff support. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Required qualifications:
Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
