Summary:
The Intern role provides administrative and project support within assigned department, while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in a healthcare environment.

Tier II at the MaineHealth Service Desk is a diverse skilled set team from Desktop Support Technicians, PACS and Epic clinical.

Desktop Support and Access: Support for applications, Account/Access Management for core applications (Creation, Modification, Removal) across a broad range of technologies and applications using variety of tools and security,

PACS Service Desk: Provides specialty support for Imaging providers

Clinical: Provides support for clinical staff for Epic and T3 Software such as Dragon, Dax and TelemedIQ

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Audit Project for the MaineHealth Application Catalog:
Meeting with IT Leadership per their individual teams. (800 applications)

Add any new applications or applications that may be missing

Mark any legacy systems and note any date's for decommission (if applicable)

Please add the Primary Assigned Service Hub Team and (Secondary Assigned Team if applicable).
Complete the Support Level Column and SME
