Scheduling Coordinator
Overview MES is looking for a Medical Scheduling Coordinator (internally calls a Scheduling Coordinator) to join our team! The Scheduling Coordinator is onsite based out of our Federal Way, WA office, and will be responsible for assisting and supporting our clients, physicians and examinees teams by scheduling and coordinating appointments, as well as scanning and sorting medical records. The pay range for this role is between $19-$22/hr. This role is a full time position with a standard work schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00pm PST, with overtime as offered. Responsibilities
Schedules examinations through IME Centric or office specific system database.
Qualifications Scheduling Coordinators come from all different backgrounds including customer service, sales support, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, receptionist, call center, retail and more!
