The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and leading the Directional Services activities for DS Product Line
  • Interfaces with all major customer and projects for this product line
  • Drive HS&E Performance
  • Proactive communication with customers, sales team, AMO, and leadership to define services opportunities and executing services efficiently and safely.
  • Completing Job Paperwork Accurately and Timely
  • Compliance to Global Quality Policy and Procedures
  • Help customers identify appropriate solutions to their needs
  • Responsible to ensure adherence to all Baker Hughes Global Service Delivery Policies and Procedures

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • High school diploma or GED is required for this position.
  • At least 5 years' experience working in the Oil & Gas Industry
  • 3-5 years' experience with client relations
  • 3-5 years' experience w/ Directional Drilling, Logging While Drilling, Formation Evaluation
  • Proficient w/ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience leading people, team management and customer interface
  • Experience planning services operations / tasks with customers is preferred.

Desired Characteristics:

  • 2-4-year technical degree.
  • Previous Oil & Gas or technology segment knowledge
  • Strong people management skills, face to face or remotely managing a team.
  • Previous experience working Deep Water offshore is desired, not mandatory.
