Job Description General Summary: This position is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and delivery of talent acquisition for executive level (VP and above) roles across all functions globally for Vertex. As an integral member of the Executive Search Center of Excellence (CoE) within Global Talent Acquisition, you will implement effective search strategies and solutions, enabling the businesses to obtain the best and most diverse talent to advance science and transform lives. You will leverage internal and external resources for external talent mapping, labor market insights, and leadership assessment in all stages of the executive search process as a talent advisor to the businesses and HR counterparts. You will also build and extend the global network of executive talent to meet our current and future needs. You will nurture and manage 3rd party executive search relationships where appropriate. With an enterprise mindset, you will work alongside the Global Head of Executive Search to further develop processes and best practices as the Executive Search function matures. You will also seek opportunities to collaborate with the broader TA teams and HR colleagues in Total Rewards, Talent Management, Workforce Strategy & Analytics, etc. to drive innovation in recruitment and people practices at Vertex.
