(NYSE: GPN), a leading worldwide provider of payment technology services that delivers innovative solutions driven by customer needs, seeks a technology or corporate attorney to join its legal team in Atlanta or Columbus, Georgia. This attorney will be primarily responsible for drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements with strategic partners for products and services that support the company's corporate infrastructure and TSYS Issuer Solutions segment, as well as advising internal business clients and product stakeholders on operational, commercial, legal and regulatory issues related to technology, professional services, and outsourcing vendor agreements. The position is part of a collegial team of attorneys, reports to a Vice President and Senior Associate General Counsel, and provides regular interaction with the General Counsel and C-Suite executives.
