Workforce Scheduling EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, or related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' non-clerical, relevant experience will be considered. LICENSING/CERTIFICATON CAPM or CSM certification preferred. EXPERIENCE Minimum three (3) years' project coordination, project management, business process analysis, leadership or related experience. OR applicable Masters in related field with minimum one (1) years' experience. Proficiency working with Project Management related software. Proficiency working with MS Office Suite, such as Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Performs issue and risk management to minimize project issues and risks while aligning peer-level stakeholders and developing strong cross-functional teams., Performs other duties as assigned., Serves as a coach and mentor to others and will be required to make project-related decisions. CertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI) Security RequirementsThis position is identified as level three (3).
