The Inbound Logistics Analyst will be an integral member of the Logistics Procurement and Transportation Management Team. This role will be responsible for supporting the Transportation Capability lead for inbound logistics.

Focus will include data collection and analysis of our global purchase orders and freight spend. You will work with members of our procurement organization and Center of Excellence Team (COE) to collect and process data. This position will also interact regularly with internal and external individuals at many levels of the organization.

In this role you will be a key part of our global priorities and help drive our operational stability and continuous improvements initiatives.

What You Will Do

* Support the development of our global inbound logistics process.
* Build, refresh and maintain Power BI Dashboards to a defined cadence
* Track and monitor inbound transportation freight spend to help identify deviation and drive corrective actions.
* Participate in regional and global RFQs strategy and bid evaluation to support cost saving initiatives.
* Support in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to be shared with our procurement team to create a globally accepted process for inbound logistics.
* Collect and analyze purchase order data, freight spend and supplier invoice data to build out a roadmap of the PO placement to material shipping process.
* Perform other duties and assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Logistics or Business preferred - Candidates with other degree specialization or relevant industry experiences will be considered.
* Knowledge of the transportation management process from planning, booking to goods receipts.
* Working knowledge of Incoterms.
* Experience with Microsoft suite including Power BI.

What Will Put You Ahead

* Experience working with Global teams. Particularly in the APAC and EMEA regions.
* Some project management experience.
* Skilled communicator with the ability to establish good relationships internally and externally.
* Excel in analytics and drive business transformation through economic thinking skills and quantitative decision-making process.

The pay range for this role is $60,000-$90,000.
