CEI Roadway Inspector Requisition Number: 2024-1610-05C S&ME is hiring a CEI Roadway Inspector to join our Transportation team in Columbia, South Carolina helping us provide engineering solutions to our clients. Your Day-to-Day: As a CEI Inspector, you will play a key role in overseeing, administering, and inspecting transportation projects, including roadways, bridges, railways, pedestrian pathways, ports, and aviation facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that contractors meet all contract requirements, plans, and specifications. This position involves both indoor and outdoor work, exposing you to diverse weather conditions and field environments. Flexibility is essential, as extended hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
Pay rate is based on the level of experience. Additional incentives are available for existing applicable certifications. What You Bring:
