Role Snapshot: Our team is seeking a highly capable Health Plan Performance Manager who is looking to develop their finance and analysis skills and lead a small team within a challenging yet exciting and supportive atmosphere. You will partner with Health Plan leaders across the business to set targets and understand its results. We directly support the Health Plan business in identifying and evaluating growth opportunities and driving efficiency, whether it's planning for next year's budget, working with our leadership team on growth initiatives, or developing cost-saving strategies. Our team is seeking a strong leader to bring their problem solving, strategic thinking and decision-making skills to this opportunity. The role will be challenging yet fun, and you will gain marketable skills and experience that will provide value throughout the rest of your career. Salary Range $115,000 ~ $125,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience,and may fall outside of this range.
