Overview
BigBear.ai is seeking a Software Support Specialist to join our GALE (Generic Area Limitation Environment) Support Team. This role will directly support customer engineers integrating the software into a larger suite, providing assistance and training to users of the software, relaying customer issues back to the development team, and documentation of software features. This position will be based out of San Diego, CA and will report on-site daily (no remote flexibility) What you will do
