Description
Medica's Manager of Community and County Engagement Program is an important and strategic role for our Medicaid business. This Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of the Community Engagement Team and County Engagement team and their activities, as well as building community and county connections and presence in our current Medicaid service areas and future Medicaid expansion areas. Key Accountabilities:
In addition, this Manager is responsible for the strategic approach and implementation of yearly Member Advisory Meetings for our Medicaid products in all markets. This role will require occasional travel in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota for onsite meetings and events. This role requires occasional evening and weekend work hours to attend community outreach events on behalf of Medica. Qualifications:

This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office - Twin Cities, MN - for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership. The full salary range for this position is $85,000 - $145,700. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
