Position Title: Maintenance Electrician - 3rd Shift
Wage: $72,467/year Shift: 3rd Hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am Feeling underpaid or undervalued? This could be the position that you deserve! Maintenance Electrician Responsibilities: - Perform electrical maintenance, repair and fabrication - Maintain, install, rebuild and repair equipment based on specifications - Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, PLC's controllers, lighting controls and electrical motors in a production environment - Maintain cost control for equipment and supplies for budget - Stay current on electrical codes and OSHA regulations - Plan new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials - Ensure safety rules and regulations are being followed Requirements for Maintenance Electrician: - Post-high school education or training beneficial; 2-3-year certificate from college/ technical school preferred (equivalent work experience will be considered) - Good communication skills - Able to lift, push or pull up to 50lbs - Able to walk, climb or crawl throughout shift - Strong attention to detail QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
