Technical Writer II

TRISTAR is seeking a Technical Writer II for our government customer in Crane, IN

• Technical Writing support for a government customer

Position Responsibilities

• Generate changes and creation of technical data packages
• Technical document modification
• Writing Depot maintenance work instruction(DMWR)
• Support completion of the Illustrated Parts Breakout (IPB)
• Convert files from STP to PDF

• Experience writing technical documents to include standard operating procedures, test plans, maintenance manuals, and other instructional and guidance documentation
• Experience reviewing, and validating maintenance procedures preferred
• Must be proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Framemaker, Adobe Acrobat, Depot Maintenance Working Requirements (DMWR's)
• MUST be a US Citizen
• An active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one

Education and Certifications:

• HS Diploma
