Job Category: Production Requisition Number: ENGIN005099 Posted: December 2, 2024 Full-Time Kettle Falls, WA 99141, USA Primary Duty Responsible for the design, cost estimation, planning, management and completion of wood product facility engineering projects under direction of the Region Project Manager. General responsibilities include providing engineering support, using sound engineering practices, to multiple facilities and project managers; interfacing with management, plant personnel and outside contractors on a daily basis; managing and maintaining project and drawing files. Projects vary over a wide range of engineering disciplines. Essential Functions
Minimum Education/Experience/Physical Functions Bachelor's degree required, preferably in engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, civil). Zero (0) to four (4) years' experience in wood products manufacturing preferred. Requires completed Engineer-in-Training certification and working towards Professional Engineers license. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) Good interpersonal skills and communication are necessary. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail are essential. Must be able to work efficiently and independently. Some travel (10%) required. Work hours vary, including some weekends and holidays.
