You Are:

You are a passionate and experienced engineer with a strong background in C++ development and a keen interest in electronic design automation (EDA), and specifically physical optimization techniques / place and route. You have a solid understanding of electronics and are proficient in writing efficient and optimized code. With a background in AI and machine learning, you are excited about exploring new techniques and technologies in test pattern generation. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and hold a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, with relevant coursework in architecture and algorithms. You are a creative problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Be Doing:

    • Developing and optimizing C++ code for physical optimization in the digital implementation flow.
    • Exploring and implementing new AI and machine learning techniques for improving PPA (power/performance/area) and runtime.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions.
    • Conducting research and experiments to improve existing algorithms and methodologies.
    • Writing detailed technical documentation and reports.
    • Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.

What You'll Need:

    • Proficiency in C++ development.
    • Experience with static timing analysis, digital design / VLSI flow. Knowledge of synthesis / P&R optimization techniques is a plus.
    • Knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques.
    • Strong understanding of electronics and circuit design.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
