Responsibilities

Laurel Heights Hospital located in Atlanta Georgia has a full-time HR COORDINATOR / RECRUITMENT.

Laurel Heights Hospital is an intensive Residential Treatment/Acute and Autism Spectrum Disorders Program for children and adolescents. We serve and treat severe and complex psychiatric and behavioral difficulties and co-occurring psychiatric issues. EOE.

You will work in conjunction with the Director of Human Resources (HR) and other recruitment staff. Additional duties will include:

  • Performs full life cycle recruitment duties which includes: research, screen and assist in the selection of experienced and qualified candidates to fill job openings for a variety of positions.
  • completing onboarding process
  • Completing I/9 's
  • Drafts and places all job ads for open positions using a multitude of job board, job placement or other job advertisement platforms (i.e. social networking, industry specific job boards/publications).
  • Assists with employee branding messaging and ensures brand is communicated throughout all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Develops an effective follow-up program to keep in touch with viable candidates with a goal of eventually converting them to employees.
  • Collaborates with and Director of HR and hiring managers to discuss a plan of action specific to their job openings.
  • Manages the applicant tracking system/HRIS and acts as the resident expert of the system for all who have access, monitors activity within the system to ensure recruitment timeframes are being met.
  • Works closely with Director of HR to gain detailed information about open positions to ensure accurate information is communicated to applicants (i.e. schedule requirements, holiday rotation, etc.)
  • Develops candidate sourcing strategies to create a talent pipeline for frequently or harder to fill positions.
  • Assist with the organization and participation of job fairs and recruitment events.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of previous healthcare experience,
  • Previous proven success/experience in sourcing candidates for healthcare positions
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking systems required, experience with iCIMS.
