Who We Are Heartland School Solutions is the leading provider of innovative child nutrition management and school commerce solutions for K-12 public and private schools across the U.S. Our solutions are specifically designed for the K-12 market to help build a stronger, more cohesive operation for staff, and an engaging school experience for students and parents. We work with a cross-functional team across sales, product development, and client services to create a cohesive brand experience and build a loyal customer base. Who You Are As the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll help build and execute marketing campaigns that drive meaningful and quantifiable business impact across our target audience segments, with a focus on increasing user acquisition and improving customer retention for the MySchoolBucks platform. You will work with the VP of Software Marketing, Director of Digital Marketing, and the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to identify opportunities, implement campaigns, and measure success across multiple marketing channels.
