We are searching for a talented Director, Medical Oncology.

This position has oversight of the Cancer Centers in Fall River, MA and Fairhaven, MA.

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.



Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Care Center VP and in collaboration with the SPG/SHG Leadership, perform diversified duties in support of the development, implementation, oversight and operations of the Medical Oncology Service line/department. Work collaboratively with the Medical Director of Medical Oncology to achieve department goals and industry standards. Ensure the delivery of high quality oncology care to patients using benchmarks and best practice standards. Endorse a collaborative and integrated Oncology care model across disciplines and service lines. Demonstrate leadership competency in customer service, human resource management, financial outcome management and quality improvement.



Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a Master's degree in nursing, business or healthcare related field is required or equivalent years of experience.
  • At least seven years of experience in Medical Oncology with demonstrated knowledge of Oncology accreditations and Joint Commission regulations is required.
  • Seven to ten years of experience that demonstrates increasing job responsibilities with a solid record in clinical operations and clinical program development is required.
  • A minimum of five to seven years of management and supervisory experience including medical oncology and administrative experience is required.
  • Registration and current Massachusetts RN license required.


Pay Range

USD $104,499.20 - USD $217,152.00 /Yr.
