As a Capital Account Manager at STERIS, you are responsible for the overall financial performance and Customer satisfaction in the assigned territory. This is accomplished by meeting yearly sales goals, driving growth in market share from competitors, and assuring that all Customer experiences are positive, noteworthy and exceeding expectations. The Account Manager acts as a primary contact and sales consultant accountable for the Customer experience. You are responsible for selling all products in the Infection Prevention Technologies (IPT) capital portfolio into the Sterile Processing Department. The expectation is to appropriately balance your time selling the Company's established line of products as well as all new product introductions. Using your consultative selling skills and competencies, and thorough understanding of the industry and market need, you are focused on positioning the Company's products and services to provide solutions for our Customers. This is a remote based Customer facing position. To support and service our customers in this assigned territory candidates must be based out of one of the following states/cities: Philadelphia, PA or Southern, NJ. Here is just a brief overview of what we offer: * Base Salary + Incentive Compensation Program Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements #LI-BS1 Pay for this opportunity is $65,000 base and $210,000 at 100% to plan, plus uncapped commission. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
