The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of complex technical solutions across multiple integration product teams. This role requires deep technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs. The Technical Delivery Manager will act as a primary point of contact for all technical delivery activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet the required quality standards.

What You Will Do
* Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Ensure deliverables adhere to integration standards and align with the organization's digital strategy and capability vision.
* Provide technical guidance and input on solution design, ensure alignment with architectural principles and business goals.
* Facilitate collaboration between product owners, architects and engineers to manage dependencies and ensure aligned delivery.
* Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating business and technical challenges into actionable insights for reporting and progress tracking.
* Early identification and mitigation of technical risks, technical debt, sub-optimal requirements, addresses project blockers and ensuring issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
* Drive adoption of best practices and optimizing delivery process leveraging frameworks like Agile Scrum and Kanban.
* Lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of innovation, ensuring the successful technical execution of projects.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* 7+ Years of experience in technical delivery, project management, or program management roles with a strong focus on integration technology.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and support complex projects in a fast-paced technical environment, with the ability to manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across all teams.
* 7+ years of experience with deep technical knowledge of modern integration technology (e.g., API, microservices, message brokers, REST, and JSON) and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Kafka, and AWS) and enterprise architecture.
* Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills in guiding engineering and technical teams.

What Will Put You Ahead
* Experience working in a digital product-oriented delivery organization.
* Strong background in integration engineering, including integration platforms, streaming/events, EDI and API management; proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks. knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure.
* Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including remote and contractor staff, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies, ability to oversee and support multiple projects simultaneously; strong organizational skills to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, other teams, and stakeholders; experience in providing feedback and facilitating continuous improvement.

For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000- $165,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
