Harley-Davidson Motor Company is headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, where the first H-D factory was built in 1903 - a wooden shed in the backyard of the Davidson's family home. Our onsite and hybrid Wentzville, MO area employees work out of the Harley-Davidson Custom Built Apparel/Vendor warehouse located just outside of the city - in St. Louis. Job Summary

The Sr Analyst Inventory Management (Custom Built Apparel or CBA)position is responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. The senior analyst will collaborate with various teams, such as sourcing, planning, supply chain, and order management, to ensure efficient inventory flow and accurate record keeping. This person will also work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the organization to establish the systems, processes, and practices and execution necessary for the management of inventory. This role is the subject matter expert as it relates to the logistics process for the region (daily goods issue & goods receipt)

Job Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with and manage the internal relationships and business partnerships with product groups & warehouses.
  • Maintain the SKU inventory of the CBA/Vendor warehouse. Provide access to cross-functional teams' daily updates and inventory levels.
  • Maintain warehouse accuracy & goods issues & goods receipt to sales orders usage.
  • Maintain and record daily transactions including mills & IR's
  • Ensure accuracy at multiple warehouses of blank and printed inventory by utilizing internal inventory reporting. Initiating cycle counts as needed.
  • Verify invoice match to receipt of product/supply for finance approval & payment.
  • Design, establish, and manage key performance indicators (Key Performance Indicators) in a manner that is consistent across the company.
  • Owns process governance for Logistics (health of process, adherence to process, and process improvement)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Order Management and Demand/Supply Planning, to ensure agreed-upon service levels are being met and issues are being resolved in a timely manner.
  • Partner with 3PL & Vendor to review distribution footprint and recommend improvements
  • Responsible for creating and managing the operational budget
  • Identify and implement cost productivity initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop inbound, outbound, and inventory forecasts (with planning)
  • Responsible for inventory health to support order fulfillment



Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Required

Education Specifications

Bachelor's Degree Preferred or relevant experience in the field

Experience Requirements

Required



  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Third-party logistics management experience
  • Experience with developing or managing budgets
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint


Preferred



  • Experience in international logistics and customs compliance is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with apparel/textiles.
  • SAP system knowledge & application
